Amanda Milz is a textile artist and art educator living and working in suburban Philadelphia, PA. Her work utilizes up-cycled and repurposed materials and explores the relationship between traditional quilt-making and contemporary textile applications. Milz’s work is driven by personal memory and experience. Her community work focuses on developing art practices as a source of well-being and utilizing the arts to imagine a better future.
